Thank you to author Frank Glew for visiting Alpine P.S. today!  The students and staff really enjoyed his story ” Melissa’s Magnificent Message”.  Mr. Glew shared with us the real reason why bees are disappearing, and importance of bees!  A very special Thank You to Mr. Glew for donating a copy of his book to every student at Alpine P.S.!  Parents please take a few moments to read this book with your child and discuss its powerful message.  “When the last tree is cut down, the last fish is eaten, and the last stream poisoned, you will realize that you cannot eat money.” – North American native saying
